Our Story in Aotearoa
Mr. Katsuaki Shigemitsu lead the team and Ajisen Ramen at New Zealand in 2019, when the very first local store opened in Newmarket, Auckland. Since then, we've been serving authentic Japanese ramen to local communities, staying true to the original recipes created by our founder over 50 years ago.
